We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Telemarketer/ Inside Salesperson to play a vital role in our organization. Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a customer database

•  Generate and qualify leads
•  Cold calling experience
•  Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
•  Make sales calls to new and existing clients
•  Maintain an open communication with any clients that you originate
• Maintain appointment / sales activity records and reports
• Follow up on appointment activities

 Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
 Completes appointments by recording names, addresses, date, time, etc.
Experience
 Relevant computer applications
 Principles and practices of appointment setting
 Customer service principles
 Basic business principles
 Experience in Commercial Cleaning Sales a BIG PLUS!
 Ability to achieve goals
